Loyola Professor Explores How and Who Makes Copyright Policy in Washington

Professor Justin Hughes, William H. Hannon Distinguished Professor of Law, recently published a pair of essays clarifying the level of copyright law expertise in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
